• If you wish to return an original piece of artwork, the return date must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of the purchase date.
• All returned items must be unused and in new condition.
• The item must be shipped back with original packaging materials, tags and labels attached.
• The shipping cost for returning items is entirely customer's responsibility
• Please use tracking method with your shipping .

To return an artwork, please email customer service at info@colorfulcanvasesbynithi.com with the description and pictures of the damage occurred to get the approval. Once you receive the approval, please pack the item in the original package and ship it to the following address.
